Publications
ActiveEach publication keeps its full history: what was submitted, what the reviewers said, what was changed and why. The version that appears in a venue is one of several kept, not the only one.
Pipeline
| ID | Title | Venue | Stage | Deadline | Project |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PUB-001 | Placeholder | Unassigned | idea | Not set | PRJ-001 |
| PUB-002 | Placeholder | Unassigned | idea | Not set | PRJ-002 |
A rejection returns the paper to draft, not to the bin. The
response-to-reviewers page of a rejected submission is the input to the next
one.
Venue selection
Choose the venue at outline, not at draft. Page limits, template and blind
policy change what gets written, and discovering a four-page limit after
writing eight is a week lost.
| Consideration | Recorded where |
|---|---|
| Deadline in AoE | The publication’s own index page |
| Page and format | Same |
| Blind policy | Same |
| Preprint policy | Same, before anything is posted |
Adding a publication
Copy templates/publication-template.md, take the next number from
registry/publications.yaml, and register it in the same commit. The number is
permanent; the slug and the venue can change, and usually do.
