StableDone
Established this archive. Structure, identifier conventions, metadata schema, status vocabularies, JSON Schemas, entry templates and the machine-readable registry are all in place. No research content yet, which is correct: the container comes first, because retrofitting identifiers onto two years of loose files is not a thing anyone finishes.
Happened
Nothing external.
Thinking
The decision worth recording is the separation between content/ and
archive/. Pages are published; the files they describe are not. Keeping
configurations, BibTeX sources and raw outputs out of the published tree means
the site can never accidentally publish something unreleased, and it keeps the
page tree readable.
The second decision is that every entity gets a number before it gets a name. Names change constantly during a doctorate. Numbers do not, and every cross-reference in this archive is by number for that reason.
Next
Fix RQ-001 through RQ-003 in their final wording, and date them. Nothing else can be numbered until the questions are.
